The rules of working together
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. Who we are
Dhishti Enterprise Inc., operating as OmniAIAgency ("we", "us"). Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Email: nikhil@omniaiagency.com.
"You" means the business that signs up for our plan.
2. What the plan includes
- A website with online booking and payment.
- Chat on your website.
- Google Ads set up, optimised and checked daily.
- SEO: we help Google show your website.
- Your Google Business Profile (your Google Maps listing).
- Google Analytics, and call and booking tracking.
- Your social media pages, set up.
- Weekly and monthly reports.
- Daily website and server checks, and backups.
Social posting, review requests and content are not part of the plan yet.
We aim to set everything up within about 4 weeks of your first call. You say yes to each part before it goes live.
3. Price and payment
- The plan costs $600 CAD a month, plus GST. In the United States, it is $450 USD a month, with no GST.
- The website is included with the plan. There is no separate build cost, unless you leave before 2 years (see section 4).
- Your Google ad budget is separate, paid to Google. We help you choose the right amount.
- How and when you pay: we email your invoice on the 21st of each month. Pay within 15 days by Interac e-Transfer. There is no late-payment charge.
- There is no setup fee.
4. Term and cancelling
The plan starts on your start date: the day your website goes live. The first term is 2 years (24 months). After that, the plan is month to month.
Why 2 years: your new website is free with the plan. The 2-year term is how we pay for building it.
To stop, tell us in writing. Email is fine. Billing stops from the next month. You pay for the month in which you tell us.
Leaving early: if you stop before the end of the first 2 years, you pay a one-time fee for your website. The fee is $125 CAD for each month left in the first 2 years, and never more than $3,000 CAD (United States: $95 USD a month left, never more than $2,280 USD). Months left are the months of the first 2 years that you will no longer be billed for.
Example: you tell us in month 6. You pay for month 6, and billing stops from month 7. 18 months are left, so the fee is 18 × $125 = $2,250. If you stop after 23 months, the fee is $125.
If you leave before the end of the first 2 years and do not pay the website fee, we turn your website off. Your domain, Google Ads account and content stay yours.
After the first 2 years, you can stop any time. There is no fee to stop.
We can also end the plan. If we do, we tell you by email at least 30 days before.
When the plan ends, we hand over within 14 days: your website files, your data, and full access to your accounts.
5. Who owns what
You own your domain (your web address), your Google Ads account and your content: your business name, logo, photos and text. They always stay yours. You let us use your content to build and run your website and ads.
Your website runs on our system while you are on the plan. It becomes fully yours, and we hand it over to you, when either of these happens:
- the first 2 years are done, or
- you pay the website fee for leaving early (see section 4).
If you leave before 2 years and do not pay the website fee, we turn your website off. Your domain, Google Ads account and content stay yours.
6. Your part
- Give us correct information about your business, prices and hours, and tell us when they change.
- Look at your website and ads and say yes before they go live.
- Give us the access we need: manager access to your Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console and your domain (DNS).
- Make sure what you sell and how you advertise it follow the law and Google's rules.
7. No promised results
We do the work described in this page. We do not promise rankings, calls, bookings or sales. Google decides where ads and websites show, and it can change its rules at any time.
8. Google and other services
Google Ads, Google Maps and other tools have their own terms. You agree to follow them. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by those services.
9. The free website check
The free check is free, with no obligation. It is checked from the outside on the date shown, and results can change. It is general information, not a promise.
10. Limits on our responsibility
If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is the fees you paid us in the 3 months before it happened. We are not responsible for lost sales or profits.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal information is in our privacy policy.
12. Law that applies
These terms follow the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell current clients by email at least 30 days before the change.
